Excited to be be doing this 10 minute “Paying Profits First” xCite presentation at Bx Networking Sutherland on 29th June 2018
What is the xCite presentation The Path to Permanent Profits about?
What if, rather than you serving your business, your business served you? What if you could turn a profit from your very next deposit? And what if you had the power to guarantee that profitability? It’s possible, and the solution is much simpler than you think.
In this talk, business owners will get a brief overview on the Profit First methodology. Plus at least one key takeaway that will improve the profitability of their business with the next deposit they receive.
I am a CPA Accountant and Certified Profit First Professional with 20 years’ experience working with organisations that have had turnover ranging from $50,000 to $200,000,000. During this time I have operated in various industries including health, finance and not-for-profit’s in both Australia and the United Kingdom.
I have a focus on understanding where people want to take their business. Using systems, processes and powerful cash management strategies to help them achieve their goals. Over the years I have implemented countless systems and processes that have transformed the way organisations operate. Leading to more effective and efficient use of resources. And ultimately transforming business profitability.
